New York – March 7, 2017:  Medjet, North America’s leading air medical membership transport program, today announced the appointment of award-winning marketing executive Sheri Howell as Vice President of Marketing and Communications. “Following a successful career in the luxury and entertainment industries, Sheri Howell brings a uniquely varied skill set and fresh perspective to our team that will continue to solidify Medjet as a world-class consumer brand,” stated Medjet President and CEO, Roy Berger.

Sheri Howell began her career with MTV where, over the course of 14 years, she helped evolve the “niche music television channel” into one of the most internationally recognized brands in history. She eventually rose to the title of Vice President of Talent and Music Development before leaving MTV to create her own company, Howell Heavy Industry, to focus on brand consulting and branded content production. Howell’s viral marketing content and integrated campaigns over the years have earned her multiple best-in-class awards, including an Emmy, Clio, Webby, CES Global Media and NAACP Award, multiple Telly Awards, and a nomination for the Titanium Lion at Cannes.

She also served as the Chief Marketing and Global Strategy Officer for Nomad Two Worlds, a socially conscious art and luxury products company founded by renowned art and fashion photographer Russell James and supported heavily by celebrities such as Donna Karan, Hugh Jackman, Miranda Kerr and a host of Victoria’s Secret Angels.

Her most recent position was in the role of Chief Marketing Officer at DIALS, a tech startup supported by Tony Robbins that launched a new calendar app designed by famed Reddit artist Dante Orpilla. Sheri brings more than 20 years of experience in brand strategy and consumer marketing and public relations, and a successful track record in launching campaigns in the entertainment, beauty, tech and charity sectors. Former clients and project brand partners have included Walmart, Intel, Sony, Sports Illustrated, Virgin Airlines, Verizon, Snickers/Masterfoods, Gatorade, the Hard Rock Casinos & Hotels, CBS Films and more. “Sheri’s proven track record of marketing products that are both high-quality and consumer-driven is a perfect fit for Medjet,” concluded Berger.
